Early Inspiration
Born and raised in the historically rich city of Thessaloniki, Kostas grew up surrounded by ancient walls that whispered stories of the past. This environment ignited his fascination with storytelling and visual expression, setting the foundation for his artistic journey.
Academic Journey
Seeking to broaden his horizons, Kostas moved to Canterbury, another city framed by historic walls, located in the heart of Kent, England’s garden. He immersed himself in the Multimedia Technology and Design BSc (Hons) program at the University of Kent, graduating with upper second-class honours in June 2022. He then went on to complete a Master’s in Film with Practice, graduating with Merit, where he focused on writing and directing.
Current Work
Kostas is currently working on his second short film, continuing to develop his voice as a writer and director. His previous project, Where the Paper Boats Go, showcases his passion for narrative storytelling, blending visual artistry with themes of identity, memory, and human connection.
